Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, request a showing, or ask about a property, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. A rental enquiry also asks which home you are interested in, your current address, details of your move (date, lease length, household size, pets and reason for moving) and about your occupation, employer and household income, along with the same details for anyone applying with you, so an agent can tell whether a home is likely to fit. We do not collect social security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers or bank details through this website.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information through analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, browser and device type. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to provide real estate brokerage services you have requested, and to follow up about properties that may fit what you described. We use analytics data to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Property listing data

Property listings displayed on this site are provided by the Tennessee/Virginia Regional MLS through an IDX data feed. That data is owned by the MLS and its participants and is presented here subject to the MLS’s rules and required disclosures.
